Why The Club Exists
There are countless places to receive aesthetic treatments. We never set out to become one more.
We wanted to build a practice where expertise and education mattered more than selling, where providers worked together, where natural-looking results mattered more than trends, and where clients felt known—not processed.
That vision became The Aesthetics Club Nashville.
Our Story
It started with two sisters.
The Club grew from a shared belief that aesthetic medicine could feel more personal, more educational, and more connected.
Today, The Club is home to practitioners with distinct areas of expertise who collaborate around one goal: thoughtful care designed for the individual in front of them.

With over a decade of experience, Allie blends results-driven skin treatments with the restorative experience of thoughtful, highly customized esthetic care.

Cailyn creates customized cosmetic tattoo treatments with a focus on careful planning, precise artistry, and healed results that complement each client’s natural features.

Amy Morse
Co-Founder · Marketing + Operations
Amy joined her sister Hannah in 2023 and helps lead the brand, client experience, marketing, digital strategy, partnerships, and operational direction behind The Club.
Her background spans more than a decade in senior marketing across executive recruitment, real estate, and finance. She graduated from Harvard University, completed Cornell University’s digital marketing program, and is an alumna of Nashville’s Young Leaders Council.
Her role is ultimately about translating the values behind the treatment room—education, individuality, integrity, and long-term relationships—into the business built around it.
Julia Angelotti
Chief Financial Officer
Julia brings more than eight years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and operational efficiency to The Club’s long-term financial strategy.
Alongside her work with The Aesthetics Club, Julia serves as a Senior Accountant at Ethos Technologies. Her background also includes accounting leadership experience at Grubhub and audit work with CliftonLarsonAllen. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Aurora University.
At The Club, she oversees budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and long-range strategy so growth remains thoughtful, sustainable, and aligned with the founders’ vision.
Keith Goldberg, MD, FACS
Medical Director
Dr. Goldberg provides experienced medical oversight for The Aesthetics Club, supporting the clinical standards, safety, and medical integrity behind the practice.
A General and Vascular Surgeon serving Middle Tennessee since 1998, Dr. Goldberg earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his surgical residency and internship at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
His decades of surgical experience bring an established medical perspective to The Club’s clinical operations and the standards that support responsible aesthetic care.

The Aesthetics Club Nashville is sister-owned, practitioner-founded, and independently operated. That matters.
It means treatment decisions aren’t being shaped by an outside ownership group, corporate growth targets, or a quota for how much a provider needs to sell.
The Club chooses practitioners for their expertise and character. Technology is added because it solves a real problem. Products earn their place through science, experience, and results. Recommendations begin with the person sitting in the treatment room—not a sales target.

Do you have free parking?
Yes. There is free street parking nearby, plus two dedicated parking spaces directly to the left of The Aesthetics Club Nashville.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Aesthetics Club Nashville accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and cash. Flexible payment plans are also available through Cherry.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The Club offers flexible payment plans through Cherry, allowing eligible clients to split treatment costs into manageable payments.

Yes. Consultations are complimentary. You do not need to know which treatment you want before you come in. Start with what you’re noticing, what you’re interested in, or what you’d like to understand, and your provider can help determine the right next step.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
What if I don’t know which provider or treatment to book?
That’s exactly what a consultation is for. The Club’s practitioners have different areas of expertise and work collaboratively, so you do not need to diagnose your own concern or choose a treatment before you arrive.
